Is my data secure?

TransitionZero takes information security incredibly seriously. We’ve designed our platform from the ground up to incorporate industry best practices for data protection. This includes robust authentication methods, end-to-end encryption for data at rest and in transit, and continuous monitoring for vulnerabilities. The data that users upload to the platform is securely stored, never shared with other users and not used by TransitionZero.

Can we have a local desktop version of Scenario Builder?

No, its a web application that makes use of a central database and cloud processing to deliver the service.

Can we have an in-country version of the database?

We have built Scenario Builder using Google Cloud Platform (GCP). We are currently using GCP European regions. It’s not currently possible for us to run a multi-region versions of the platform due to resource constraints.
